My future job

 Hello everyone, as everybody know I study public administration, first while I was maduranding I knew the career of public administration and I love it, but in my last year of the school I change my opinion and I wanted to be a flight attendant, so when  the psu results came out, I just apply a public administration in the university of chile, so if I don't come in a public administration I went to be a flight attendant but I stayed in the university and I'm here. Well, my experience during the career has been wonderful, I really love my career, I learn a very much and I have know a lot of people, every day I like it more. Actually we are in online classes and I don't like them very much but I know that this situation is for a time and clearly my opinion about the career won't change.

In the future I would like to work in the culture ministry with the projects, work in the embassies, work in the public spending watchdog, in the municipalities or in any other sector of the state but my dream is can make a integral cultural center for the children of sename.

  

Sincerely I feel really motivate with the career and I don´t matter where I work in the future because I consider that in any place that I work I will be happy, because I love my career and I am sure that I loe my job!

Good Will Hunting

Hi again, today I talk about one movie that while not is my favourite but I consider that everyone must watch it,  this movie recommended me my cousin and I to be honest I don't want to watch, but he insisted a lot of and one day I accepted to watch.

The name of this movie is Good Will Hunting, the director is Gus Van Sant and is of 1997, I think that everyone must watch because is a movie that I learn and remember me the simple of the life, and also I understand that if you are very intelligent but a bad person you won't get anywhere.

In simple words the movie is about one man that is a genius but he work cleaning in one of  the bests universities of United States, so  one day one teacher discover him and the story developed, also the movie have romance, so watch it! It really but really interesting and good film.

Ah and also I have to say that act Robin Williams (for me he is a good actor). I really love the movie and I don´t get tired of seeing it!

BLOGGING EXPERIENCE

Hi! This is my last blog and I will talk about the experience making them. For to start I have to say that I had never written  blog before so in the beginning it was a little difficult but with the time I could write more easily. I have to recognize that the blogs are a little tedious and boring, but also I felt encouraged when I had to talk about things that I liked like music, movies, my pet, etc.

I feel that my writing skills in english have developed a lot, since writing in english I have taken as a practice to be able to relate more easily in english.

In the future I would like to include more fun topics such as children´s traveled, dreams in life, favorite food, places we have traveled and things like that.

And finally, I must say that although I would find a bit boring to have to write blogs, it helped me a lot to learn more vocabulary and how to write certain words, I was also able to learn to use verb tenses and I feel that they are a very good method to measure our performance, since taking into account the context of the pandemic, blogs created a more “playful” environment to learn.

Hi! Now is the moment for talk about my dog, it certainly belongs to the most important things in my life, it name is Luna, she arrived into my life about one year ago, a family gave it to me because they couldn't have so many dogs, so when I see her I fell in love. Luna is very special because when I choose bring her into my life I didn't know how big a responsibility it was to have  pet (it's my first pet), so I had to give her the accines, buy her food, take her out for a walk and a thousand other things that made her love her more every day, she is very very intelligent, very curious, energetic and also very very affectionate, in the context of pandemian she is my best company for the cold and the online classes. So I really love my little Lunit and although sometimes she stresses me, make me change or I have to spend a lot of money, my life would not be the same without her, she brightens my days and transmits a unique energy to me, also she taught me to be much more responsible.

MY FAVORITE SUBJECT OF MY CAREER

Hello! Now I talk to you about my favorite subject of my career: the name of this subject is Dynamics of the Chilean public administration. The principal objetive of this course is undertand the functioning of the different institutions and services publics in Chile, this is trought the 3 forms or methods, in first place with the information that the teacher teaches us in clases, in second place with the talks given by different people from different services and the third place with the work related with the ministries, as a ministries.

Each method used in the course is very important, because trought of these, we can learn and understand a lot of our career. I personally consider that the information delivered in clases has very important role, but it is trough the talks and the work as ministries where it is applied the most and what made this my preferred course.

I have to recognize that I apprecit this course because when I listen the class I realice that I truly love what I am studying and I was always afraid that I would not like the career I was going to study, also I feel that I am very happy in this career and I have realized how much I want to contribute my country and the society trough the different institutions and services, each day I feel more happy and satisfied with the career that I choose and this is really nice!

Hi everyone, today I tell you about one website that I really enjoy visiting, the website belongs to the Comptroller, the link is https://www.contraloria.cl/web/cgr/ , within of website you can find a lot of things like a history, the functions, information, news, also this website have a one section where the people can interact of two form: make citizen complaints and the comptroller have different courses that we can make, other thing very important is that in the website you can find jurisprudence, that is, dictums or reports. I really like this website because I learn a lot of, in may and june I realized a one course of citizen comptrollers and I can understand a lot of the comptroller, I really like to work in this institution, so in may and june I visited the website with a lot of frequency and in the last time I visited this website at least once or twice a week for search information, jurisprudence or to watch the news.

If you have the opportunity for to see this website, do it because you will learn a lot.

MUSIC GENRE/MUSICIAN

I'm very happy, because now I talk about my favourite music genres, as I said before (other blog) I love the music and I love sing so for me have to speak about this is exciting.

I like to different music genres, but today I talk about pop, but for be more exact I like the britpop, in this genre you can find groups like oasis, U2, Coldplay,etc, I like this genre since I was very child because I listen this groups with my father.

Today I talk about Coldplay, I love love love this group, since I was child my father made me listen this group, over the years I listen all the time, I really like this group because I feel that their music has had a great development with the years, Coldplay have a lot of songs and not all are one music genre, their haver songs of rock or songs of pop and I love that.

I must admit that my favourite songs are sad o or love hahaha, but I love to every songs of this group, I considere that this group have a consecration in the music and my favourite song is yellow!

Hi! Today I'm going to talk about one of my favourite photo, for contextualize I start to talk about one trip: In 2017 mi father gave us (me and my family) a trip, this trip was to Isla de Pascua, to be honest I wasn't happy because the trip would last 14 days, for me that was a too much. I talk about this because in this trip I saw the best landscapes of my life, and therefore I took one on the best photo in my life, this photo was took in february of 2017, the name´s place is  Ahu Tongariki and in the photo the sunrise is shown in this place, I choose this photograph like one of my favourite because its represents a wonderful trip in my life and also make me remember the sensation of see that, the island is really magical and this photo is a “typical photo” but really I considered that is very beautiful.

THE TV!

Hello everyone!, today I going to talk about my favourite piece of tecnhology, in first place I have to say that I don´t like a lot of the tecnhology because I think that this is very difficult for me hahaha, the piece of I use more is my cellphone but this is not my fvourite piece of tecnhology, since my childhood I love watch movies so in this case I Iove to the tv, like everybody knows my parents are separate, so when I was to see my father one pastime was watch movies like a Wizard of Oz, barbies or princess, I really enjoyed that.

Since I was very little always have a tv in my bed room, in the actually I don´t have,  but at leats one time of week I watch a one movie, I really love to do that and for this I love the Tv, I know that I can watch movies in my cellphone but I really prefer the tv, I don´t know that I do if this piece of tecnhology doesn´t exist.

WHY DID I CHOOSE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION?

Hello again, today I´m going to talk about the reason because I choose my career, but I start talking about when I was a little girl.

If I don´t mistake, during all my chillhood I always wanted to be a singer, in the school always I participed in the coral group or the musicals, I really loved the music and the escenary but with the time I was leaving the music like a hobbie for a lot of reasons.

AUTOBIOGRAPHY

Hello, my name is Catalina Herrera, I was born in Santiago at june the first in 2001, I lived there during four years (when I am two years old my parents was separate). In 2005 I changed of house to Iquique because my mom got married with a marine so from there my life was full changed of houses, I lived in Viña del Mar (one year), Puerto Williams (three years), Santiago again (one year), Viña del Mar again (three years), Punta Arenas (two years) and my last years of school I lived in San Vicente of Tagua Tagua (I was in 11 schools), then when I entered the university my city residence is Santiago, in where I live since 2019 because I study Public Administration in the University of Chile.

 

Now I speak about my family, like say before, my parents was separated when I was a little girl, so I have two fathers, one of heart and one biological. I have two brothers (for part my mom) and two sisters (for part my biological father). actually I am in San Vicente with my mom and brothers for global pandemic, but I must be in Santiago in my department (there I live with two friends and my pet Luna).

In my free time I like to do diferents things, in the first place I am vegetarian so I have to cook me everytime, with the time I learn to love to the cook and that convert into one of my hobbies. Other thing that I love to do is sing, since I was very small I singing for every places and all the time, while I was come of age participated in diferents vocal o music festival and also I was in four musicals. As you can see I love to sing, so I love the music and listening music (other hobbie). I like to read books about reiki, energy, universe, the moon, the aura and other thing associated with this, also I like to read novels. Other hobbie that I have is the sport, like the pilates, swimming, ride a bike, acroyoga, etc. Generally I love to doing things outdoors, I love to nature and everything associated with environment.
